Exchanges

You can request an exchange for any item purchased on goz10.com within 24 hours of the delivery date. To initiate an exchange, you can log into your account or contact via WhatsApp on the exchange details. You will need the order number found in your order confirmation email.

Our dedicated Customer Care team will be happy to assist you with the process and provide you with the return shipping label and the necessary instructions. You can always reach them at info@goz10.com.

  • Please make sure the item(s) are returned in the same condition in which you received them, with all tags attached and in their original packaging.
  • Items that have been used, worn, washed, altered, or damaged will not be accepted.

If your exchange does not meet the above requirements, the package will be sent back and the return request will not be accepted.

 

Return Policy

You can return the products within 72 hours of the receipt date with the original invoice.

  • The product must be in its original condition and complete with accessories and box.
  •  The product must not have any damage, scratches, or cuts.
  • If the product is damaged, you must inform us within 24 hours of receiving the order.
  • An amount of 29 riyals will be deducted from the customer’s refund amount for any recurring charges.

 

Refunds

The amount will be refunded within 3 working days.
